Why is collective job action not allowed in Zimbabwe? I have never heard of a legal strike in Zim. Every strike is always adjudged illegal. Are all our unions so daft that they always fail to follow the required procedures to carry out a legal strike or is it the law that has been poorly spelt out in the labour act?
